Returns Policy

What is our return policy? 

Changed your mind? It happens. 

We offer easy returns and exchanges for items purchased in Australia within 14 days of delivery.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method. 

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, store credit or exchange.

If your return is accepted, we will send you details of where to send the parcel. 


What is the cost of a return?

Return shipping within Australia is charged a flat fee of $10, which will be deducted from your refund at the time of processing. 

International orders are required to arrange return postage at your own expense via your preferred shipping provider. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. 

Any shipping and/ or duties and taxes paid will not be refunded.

How long will my refund take?

In a hurry? Once your return has been received and verified to our return policy standards, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days.

What if my item is faulty? 

Well, that’s unfortunate. Our items are quality controlled to a high standard before dispatch, but if you receive an item that you think is faulty, contact us at info@villu.com.au with your order number and photos of the fault. We will work with you to resolve it quickly and painlessly. 

If delivery is refused and is returned to the sender, your order will be refunded less the original shipping costs.
