This includes your email address if you sign-up to our newsletters and your username or handle if you follow Villu’s social media accounts; and

    1. Villu may hold your personal information in a number of different formats, including software programs (located both onsite and offsite, including in the cloud), databases, filing systems and in offsite backup storage.

Villu is committed to ensuring that the information you provide is secure and we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, unauthorised access, modification, disclosure or misuse. However, we cannot ensure the security of any information that you transmit to us over the internet and you do so at your own risk.

We may disclose your personal information to overseas recipients. For the purpose of storing and backing up data, we are likely to disclose your personal information to overseas recipients, in locations that include Arizona, USA.
