How much is shipping?
We offer complimentary shipping within Australia on orders over $300.
Orders under $300 are charged a flat $10 fee.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We know your time is precious and we want you to enjoy your product as soon as possible.
Orders will be processed within 1 business day of order placement. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.
Our orders are shipped with Sendle from Sydney, Australia. Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days.

What are the international shipping rates and delivery times?
We want you to enjoy your new product as soon as possible, so we ship our international orders with DHL Express*.

* Some countries can only be shipped via Australia Post. We use DHL as a priority service and use Australia Post when DHL isn't available.
What about customs fees?
All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). All duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office to check if taxes apply and how much they may be, as Villu is not able to estimate the duties and taxes that may be incurred.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Change of heart? If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact info@villu.com.au as soon as possible.
We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel an order once it has been processed, however we will do our best to assist if there has been a mistake.
Can I change my delivery address?
Did you move and forget to update your address? Reach out to info@villu.com.au with your updated shipping address. If your order has not been processed for dispatch, we can make the change.
If you will not be able to collect the package from the address you originally provided, please contact the shipping provider once tracking has been generated and fingers crossed they may be able to change it on their end.
My parcel hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear you haven’t received your beautiful new item. Please reach out to us on info@villu.com.au and we will investigate.
My tracking says delivered but I don’t have my order
Hmm, that’s strange. Please first check your letterbox, front door area, with people in your household, with your neighbours or building management. If you cannot locate your parcel, please reach out to us on info@villu.com.au. We will work with you to get to the bottom of it.
I have refused a shipment
We’re sorry to hear that. Customers who refuse a shipment from Villu are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of return shipping. The amount will be deducted from your refund.
