How much is shipping? 

We offer complimentary shipping within Australia on orders over $200. 

Orders under $200 are charged a flat $10 fee. 

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Orders will be processed within 1 business day of order placement. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. 

Our orders are, by default, shipped as a Standard parcel with Australia Post from Sydney. Estimated delivery time is 2-6 business days within Australia.

What about customs fees?

All taxes and duties are calculated at checkout and presented as a line item in the total. 

Can I cancel or edit my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact info@villu.com.au as soon as possible. 

We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel an order once it has been processed, however we will do our best to assist if there has been a mistake. 

Can I change my delivery address? 

If you moved and forgot to update your address, reach out to info@villu.com.au with your updated shipping address. If your order has not been processed for dispatch, we can make the change. 

If you will not be able to collect the package from the address you originally provided, please contact the shipping provider once tracking has been generated and ask them to change it on their end. 

My parcel hasn’t arrived. What should I do? 

Please reach out to us on info@villu.com.au and we will investigate. 

My tracking says delivered but I don’t have my order

Please first check your letterbox, front door area, with people in your household, with your neighbours or building management. If you cannot locate your parcel, reach out to us on info@villu.com.au. We will work with you to get to the bottom of it. 

I have refused a shipment

Customers who refuse a shipment from Villu are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of return shipping. The amount will be deducted from your refund.
